The Lifestyle Wirtshaus is named after Paula Mauz. It was the year 1918 when Paula Mauz – the mother of the senior Karl Mauz – appeared for the first time in our family's records. In the very difficult times of the First World War, Paula already embodied values that we can still be proud of today: conscientiousness, the fulfillment of family obligations, and the love for her profession and gastronomy are striking and honorable qualities that characterized Paula Mauz's personality. Since these character traits are still an integral part of our culture today – coupled with a close connection to the Swabian Alb – we are very proud to have named the inn Paulas Alb. We also focus on a family atmosphere and regionality – and you can feel that. Our aim is for you to feel at home with us. At Paulas Alb, we therefore see you as part of the family!
